Text Object in foreground on update

 Hi all

I have a Nextion project with different values on screens. With graphics I have implemented a few pulldown menus. If I hit a hotspot a picture with buttons on it will show up (it is done with graphics and the vis command), this graphic is on top of the values and covers some of them.

This works fine but as soon as a text field in background gets an update over serial it comes to foreground and covers part of the popoup graphics.

Is there a way to avoid this "come to foreground"?

Thanks,

Regards,

Mike

"This works fine but as soon as ... "

So in other words it doesn't work fine.

Don't say I have implemented when it doesn't work
Say I am trying to implement, but failing.

What was wrong with continuing to use vis to also hide text field?
Or perhaps better yet, don't send update over serial.
