not working function "getValue"

Hello!

I am an aspiring programmer

I can not understand the function "getValue"

If I write a string "R=23;" , then the display 23 is displayed. Thus, the function "setValue" works.

 But I want the variable "T" in Nextion was awarded the value of the variable "L" ( I need it for understanding the operation of the function "getValue" for my project).

Maybe I have some mistake in the syntax, but I can't figure out where

sorry for my English

Please help.

Sorry. instead of variable "T" I meant "N"

Look to the code of the library

- getValue parses out to get n0.val

Follow the format

  Ld.getValue(&T);

  Nd.setValue(R);

Thank you!

 But I still don't understand((((

What I need to fix in the code that the program has earned in the display in field "n1.val" appeared "13"? I need to do this with arduino using variables ("n0" and "n1" are used only for clarity) for my project (I'm doing macrocells for photos, Nextion boutout be setting shooting parameters, for example, "charging flash" and written to variables. And arduino will take these variables and to control the stepper motor and the camera. I have everything working except for the functions "getValue").

Everything works if I use "getValue" from the library "NexNumber.h". But the function "getValue" from the library "NexVariable.h" doesn't work

It is OK.

Understood. it should be so.

 Thank you
