What to do about a damaged Nextion??

I have received my Nextion from the Indiegogo campaign but it has a small chip in the glass. It was very well packaged so the damage was not caused during postage.


I sent a message via the Indiegogo page but have received no reply.


I have created a Support Ticket but it has not been responded too.


Can someone (anyone) please let me know what I need to do to get this resolved.


If I get no response within 24 hours I will have no option but to lodge a claim via Paypal.

Sorry, just come back from vacation yesterday. 

Lots of things piled up. I closed the ticket and reply here.

I have resent my email - the previous one did not get delivered

In any case, the address you quoted is correct.

I have similar problem and I also contacted itead twice once via contact form on itead web page and once via indiegogo but I didn't got any reply.

I don't know are they so busy or what. I found these displays really useful but with such support I cant use them in my projects!
As mentioned, the postal address mentioned in your email is correct - could you please confirm that a replacement screen has been posted. Do I need to open a Support Ticket again?

Hi,@Shane Johnson. Maybe there are some problems.You can check your ticket#19783 and view the reply.

The Support Ticket has been closed so how can I view the reply ?

I have again tried to reply to the email.

But, if that doesn't work - the address that was quoted in the email from Once ZHAO is coorect.
